Little Orchard is a modern family home located on the edge of Yate, in a quiet residential cul-de-sac on the edge of the countryside, convenient to shops and a number of pubs.  We are situated 11 miles north east of Bristol, 15 miles north of Bath and at the south west extremity of the Cotswold Hills, having good access to the M32, M5 and M4 and ideal for exploring the countryside and the local area – Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Somerset and the Forest of Dean.

We have one twin-bedded room complete with its own Kitchen area and an en-suite Shower Room.  The accommodation overlooks a small enclosed garden and patio area exclusive for guests use.  Guests have their own separate entrance to this single storey annexe, allowing access at all times.  There is a large car parking area.

Constructed of Cotswold Stone, Chestnut Farm is surrounded by gardens and fields, it was built in 1828 by the 9th Duke of Beaufort and is situated on the edge of the village of Tormarton.

My Wife Heather and I (Roberto) have run the farm as a guesthouse since 1994 and have made many improvements to the existing buildings.

All of the bedrooms are en suite and have tea and coffee making facilities, colour television, heating and either twin or double bed.

Cots can be provided and dogs are welcome, Packed Lunches are available.

Tormarton is in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the edge of the Cotswolds. Smithy House is an attractive 18th Century house in the heart of this peaceful village. There is one pub in the village and two more within easy reach.

Joanna and Richard Bowman have lived in the village with their family for 20 years and know the area well.

Guests are accommodated in a pretty cottage adjoining the house where they have their own sitting room. They are welcomed with tea and home-made shortbread.

There are two comfortable bedrooms – one double and one with twin beds – each with its own bathroom.

Joanna serves breakfast in the main house – she makes her own bread and marmalade and collects eggs from a neighbour’s hens.

Welcome to Toghill House Farm a beautiful historic guesthouse and working farm on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Toghill House was built in 1691 and originally used as a resting house for monks travelling between Glastonbury and Malmesbury. It was restored in 1861 as a working farm and now offers a traditional B&B service for the travellers of today exploring this charming part of the country.

Visitors to Toghill can relax in rooms in the main farmhouse or barn conversion, all of which have been carefully decorated to reflect the history of the buildings. Our guesthouse also boasts stunning views over the River Severn, the Bristol Channel, the hills of Wales and the Brecon Beacons.
